Room-in-roof insulation is an excellent way of ensuring that your loft conversion isn't cold in the winter. If it's a heated room, it is very susceptible to heat loss and therefore having it insulated is very important.

What is Room-in-Roof Insulation?
Loft insulation is put into the top of the home to stop heat from escaping through the roof of the home.
The insulation that we use is the same as our internal wall insulation. The 130mm SWIP insulation boards will make sure that no heat is lost.
How does it work?
The SWIP insulation boards are designed to stop heat from escaping out of the roof and the surrounding loft.
As these rooms can heat up in summer, it's important that these rooms can breath. The insulation will make sure that excess heat stays out of the room.

Will I have to move things out of the room?
Yes- we will need access to all the walls. We will happily go around electricals but we won't redecorate.
Do you need access to the roof?
No, we shouldn't need access to the roof. We only need access to the loft.
